This is BIRTHFIT's version of a childbirth education class.
Saturdays, February 2nd and February 9th. This will be an two weekend intensive, combining 4 sessions into 2 Saturdays. It will start at 9 am, with an hour lunch break, and then continue through 4 pm. Beverages and Healthy Snacks will be provided throughout the day.
In four 3-hour group sessions, you and your birth partner will become educated and prepared for birth.
You will encounter the four pillars of BIRTHFIT: fitness, nutrition, mindset, and connection.
You will experience functional mobility, natural movement, and breath work.
You will discover your own birth desires and design your personal Queen in Training postpartum plan.
This is a comprehensive childbirth education class for Mom and Partner. Doulas are welcome to join.
