This is a course that covers the BIRTHFIT fitness pillar. In a small group environment, you'll learn:
what fitness looks like in the Motherhood Transition,
what we mean by “training for birth”,
Why “slow is fast” and the postpartum period is a gift,
the truth about safety regarding training during pregnancy, and why the six week mark postpartum isn’t necessarily a one size fits all approach when getting back into the gym.
This BIRTHFIT Workshop is ideal for women who are currently pregnant or are hoping to become pregnant soon, but is appropriate for any woman who is looking to improve herself and her health through movement and community. Come with questions, we are here to support YOU!
